Understanding the days of judgment is imperative as we observe the unfolding of last-day events. We need to discern the difference because far too many Christians believe that Scripture only references a period of tribulation and judgment that will bring about the end of the world. However, other prophecies concerning judgment will occur before the creation of the new heaven and earth. Messiah told us that before it all ends, life on earth would be as it was in the days of Noah. So, it is essential to know what things were like in Noah’s day.

Isaiah 26:20-21
[20]Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast.
[21]For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.
Genesis 7:11-13
[11]In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
[12]And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
[13]In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah's wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;
Jubilees 5:23-25
[23]And he entered in the sixth (year) thereof, [1308 A.M.] in the second month, on the new moon of the second month, till the sixteenth; and he entered, and all that we brought to him, into the ark, and the Lord closed it from without on the seventeenth evening.
[24]And the Lord opened seven flood-gates of heaven, And the mouths of the fountains of the great deep, seven mouths in number.
[25]And the flood-gates began to pour down water from the heaven forty days and forty nights, And the fountains of the deep also sent up waters, until the whole world was full of water.
