In addition to the info shared in the graphics below it's important to understand the potential health problems associated with poor sleep.
Poor sleep puts individuals at risk for obesity, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke. Individuals getting poor sleep also tend to have compromised immune systems.
Lastly, as a Registered Dietitian and Nutrition Coach, i can not emphasize enough how better sleep improves your nutrition in the form of food choices!
