I'm up for the challenge anyway!I'll never tell you I have a flat flat,but I will tell you that I'm striving to get there without any type of surgery or contouring whatsoever,regardless how long it may take.I'm a mother of 2 & refuse to make that an excuse all my life as to why I can't accomplish such a goal.YES TACKLING THE LOWER AB SECTION IS HARD,but it can be done as long as I stay consistent doing certain ab exercises hopefully 3x a week as my body can handle.I've fallen off many times,especially during times when I'm menstruating.I've been on this journey for quite some time&will say NO I don't have a 6-pack,but I do have a 2-pack!All praises to the most High JAH!
