Wellness Wednesday tip for the day-HIT THE FALL TRAILS. I love Autumn. The joy of the Most High Fall Feast days combined with the Autumn foliage is perfect. Whether a local trail or out of state, this is the time to hit the trails and allow nature to be your venue. Convening outdoors emanates creativity and clarity. So, go out there and enjoy the view guaranteed to provide you with some gems of ideas. Attached is a brief video of our Trail.

To close, I want to remind you of THE PROMISE. According to the prophet Jeremiah-15-11-"The LORD said, verily it shall be well with thy remnant; verily I will cause the enemy to entreat thee well in the time of evil and in the time of affliction."

Many forget, for the saints, the remnants, it shall be well with us. Be Well. APTTMH!
