HEALTHY=WEALTHY Wellness Wednesday TIP:
Do not drink a cold beverage with or after a meal. The cold beverage will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion, react with the acid, break down and absorb by the intestine faster, line the intestine, and turn into fat that leads to cancer.
Solution: consume hot or warm beverages after a meal. Ever wonder why the Asian culture consumes tea with their foods?

I know some people suggest that we should be drinking either 30 minutes before or 30 minutes after a meal, but not during.
