Another Excellent lesson achoti! I don't know if you covered it in your next part to this lesson. But it does not matter where the people who were taken into Assyria end up, They were cut-off never to be a part of Israel again, because remnant that escaped out of the hands of the kings of Assyria scorned King Hezekiah proclamation. 2 Chr 30:6-10. Those that did come to celebrate the Passover returned to their cities in the Northern Kingdom 2 Chr31:1. This remnant is who the Most High considered to be Israel (the Northern Kingdom) from that time forward (those that escaped out of the hands of the Kings of Assyria). These are the same people Ha Mashiach came to in John Chapter 4. The woman at the well was a descendant of those that had escaped and Ha Mashiach revealed to her that He was the Ha Mashiach. There is no scripture to support Messiah going into Assyria looking for the Lost Sheep, He only went into Samaria to give the gospel to the lost sheep there! There were representative from the 10 tribes in Samaria how be it only a remnant. Those that were never allowed to come back were cut-off no longer Israel, they were Hebrews without a country. They no longer belonged to YAH. At least that is my understanding of the history.
