Shalom Fam, I've been silent for a couple of weeks(dued to my transitioning from one location to another) but, I'm baaack and will be on the upcoming live Sabbath. Last night in the surrounding area I heard gunshots. I was at diseased and then became frightened. My husband tried comforting me by assuring me we were safe,and Yah had our backs. After he spoke those words my mind immediately shifted to a segment in Psalm 91 "A thousand shall fall at thy side... " I felt much better. So, in the long and short of the story; anytime you feel fearful,depressed or anything negative read or recite Psalms and let the spirit flow.
