Today starts the Day Of Repentance. I just read that most Christians don't believe in this day because Jesus died for sin. But this is wrong. He died so we can live and sin. But he himself asked for forgiveness to the people. "Luke 23:34
But Yahshua Hamashiach was saying, “Father, forgive them; for they do not know what they are doing.” And they cast lots, dividing up His garments among themselves" the King asked for forgiveness for the rotten people around him. For us not to ask for repentance to me is thinking you are better than the Lamb. Remember 1 John 1:9
If we CONFESS our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
I have been asking The Most High for prayers to pray because sometimes as I discover what's inside this heart of mine, I just don't know what to say to Him. Every time Yah leads me to a model prayer in the Scriptures I get very excited. A) It's a prayer answered B/ It is like a prayer of repentance start button. C) I see the raw feelings of the witnesses gone before and it helps me to become more transparent before The Most High. I pray it is a blessing.
Does it make sense now?
