If a leader or elder shares not just one, but several private conversations without consent and justifies it with Scripture, is this righteous behavior or a sign of messiness?

No — it violates trust and goes against Scripture (Proverbs 11:13, Matthew 18:15).
Yes — leaders have the right to share private things for “correction
It looks messy and shows a lack of spiritual maturity, regardless of the justification

I think it means to be ready to share truth when it’s easy and when it’s not.

It doesn’t mean forcing it on people, it means leading by example and standing firm, with love, in every season.

Unfortunately, the poster did not have the KJV full scrip, says "Preach the word: be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine." Though the poster reads prayer, KJV has preach. Preach=G2784 strong's number states to proclaim and publish. Instant=strong's number G2186 to stand by, be present, be ready, to be at hand. The readiness is so important. This also signifies knowing the WORD. What are you proclaiming if not the WORD from the book? 😁

Being ready to stand on and share the Word in every season is so important. Totally agree, it’s all about knowing and proclaiming the Word.

Gossip can destroy trust, sow division, and hurt the spirit of a community. The Bible warns us not to be “busy­bodies” or “tale­bearers” (Proverbs 20:19, 1 Timothy 5:13).

If a church community is full of gossipers, those who spread private matters, stir up drama, or speak on things they don’t truly know, is this in line with Scripture?

No — gossip clearly goes against the Word.
Yes — it’s human nature, we all fall short.

Prov 6:16-19: 6 things YAH hates, and 7 is an abomination: lying, feet to mischief, a lying tongue, a person who stirs strife, all of which fall under the category of things YAH hates. Here is the thing, it does not matter whether it is within fellowship, at the job, at home etc, the location does not matter; however, the elder within the fellowship needs to take action to remove the leaven, since a bit of leaven leavens the whole lump. It starts with a meeting with the person and/or witnesses to address the situation in love and show him/her the error of his/her ways. Coming out of the filth of Babylon, the offender may not be cognizant of this, so there is grace, and it should be handled in confidence. This is typically a tough one for Yashar'el

Gossip: casual or unconstrained conversation or reports about other people, typically involving details that are not confirmed as being true.

Spreading lies and unconfirmed details as if it is the truth is a no for sure. But just because something is unconfirmed or we may have suspicions or a genuine curiosity about someone or thing, we can still talk about it. I think that’s where wisdom comes in and we need to know when and where to bring something up, who to bring it up with, then if we do think carefully before we speak: “is this coming from mal intent?”, “am I basing my opinion on righteousness?”, “am I giving the subject mercy?”

Oh I didn’t expand the post and fully read the second part haha. But for that example no it’s definitely no align with scripture and that type of community needs to be repaired
