Shalom Achoti Jahsymphonie! I just picked up a book called" Herbal Remedies Hand Book by Andrew Chevallier" I actually got it from the Five and Below store. I was very surprised to see books on Raw vegan eating, nutrition and more.
There is also another book I have "The Miracle Of Fasting by Patricia and Paul Bragg. Although we fast to hear from Yah, get closer to Yah and to break some things in the spirit, the other side of fasting has been scientifically proven to improve your health. But I caution, I am not sure where you are in your health or if you are on medication. I would ask my doctor. I have fasted and changed my pallet to receive different food to change the course of my eating. If you have any questions please feel free to inbox me.
