Finally when I got my portions regulated and I started a regular fitness routine, I have continued to see, not only more weight loss, but also I am keeping it off!

Apologies I missed this!
I believe mostly diet is the cause. We can loose a lot of this weight simply by eating less. Intermittent fasting every week.
Portion also is a huge factor. We should only eat when we are hungry. Limit juices and drink more water,teas or coconut water- excellent for maintaining electrolytes!
Body weight exercise really tones/strengthens the muscles. Walking is also great. Try to get in 3-5 miles per day or more if time allows.
Not tedious and if we follow a exercise routine at least 3-4 days a week the excess weight sheds quickly.
Exercise does not always have to be excessive.
