How can we as a people approach issues of Mental Health in our community?

We as a people have ALL been traumatized, oppressed and conditioned for abuse in America and the Diaspora.

What options, solutions, systems and tools can we access or create to deal with this issue.

Good morning, Duane, it's grand to be in touch. Even though I can't join my amazing and wonderful brothers and sisters on shabbot, I'm with you all in spirit. At this time I have no computer, and I tried already to connect by phone. I could see and hear everyone, but I could not be heard.
