What ever "pagan" evening it is that you see this on, like Tuesday or Wednesday evening while the sun is setting and you see the Moon Fully Black and a little sun behind it then the NEXT Morning is the New Moon Day. and the 4 sabbaths follow that 7 days later.
If you go outside when the sun is setting and you see the Dark Full Circular Moon and a "cut finger nail, sliver of the sun, on the right side, of that full, which is ACTUALLY, the New Moon/Month.
