Deut. 18:3-4
Flowers are like feelings. And feelings like flowers sometimes don’t last forever. They give us a reason to smile. The beauty, the youthful demeanor, the vibrant colors, its softness to the touch; we adore every moment. When we no longer see the beauty in the nature we f something, it begins to decline; we take less notice of it. It becomes dry and brittle. What once got us so excited is now an opportunity to seek pleasure and beauty elsewhere. After a while the memory of it begins to fade. Awaiting the day to be able to see it again. When the season brings transformation and old things become new; another generation of life emerges. So feelings like flowers are constant and takes time to grow. As we seek to embrace the good and the bad, either way we figure out there is always something to hold on to.
Joy is not made to be a crumb..don’t be afraid of it’s plenty..🤲🏾💜

So many trials we gotta go through
Whether alone or with a few friends

See, that’s how we show love in this cold world
Mixed emotions like ice cream swirl
Give you brain freeze going too fast
Slow it down, drop it down cause it won’t last
My people destroyed on these wasted lands
Fearful for tomorrow better show your hands
It’s a lesson who got eyes to see
Where the blessing lies you just gotta believe
Run from the past like a marathon
But don’t forget where you come from
Perfection is the goal and we strivin’
Righteousness is what we seekin’
In these deep waters man we drowning
Everyday body counts rising
Reaching out for survivors
YAH is the lifeguard, the provider
Can’t escape the maze
Cause the path’s got us looking different ways
It’s not a game of hide and seek
It’s not a matter of who’s strong or weak
The Messiahs coming back again
