We observe the Rest Day from the 7th Day sunrise to the 1st Day sunrise. This helps us set apart an entire day to rest and recharge for the upcoming week. I make no quick judgments on anyone who has made up their mind to remember the Rest Day and set it apart, regardless of the day you keep it. You should however, know based on scripture why you observe the way you do. Anything else is just like being a weak Christian; blindly doing what you see or have been told.
It’s better to not do something until you know why you are doing it. We will be judged not just on what we did, but why.

We are often good at just doing things, but many lack the why. That why could mean the difference between hearing Yah say,
“Well done my good and faithful servant….” Or “Depart from me you wicked worker of sinful acts!”

I pray you have a peaceful and restful Rest Day whenever you observe it.
May you use some of that day to write down and really know why you observe like you do.
