Shalawam/Shalom family, over the years I have come across so many bad leaders, and many good ones. I am fortunate to people around me that pour into me and encourage me. If you are fortunate enough to find a strong, honest leader, that will also teach you how to lead, then praise Yah, and support the person Yah has placed in your life to lead you to Him. The good ones are hard to find, and the dad ones come a dime a dozen. Be careful, try the spirit bybthe spirit, and check the fruit. Some trees have good fruit, and some don't.
