Israel (Jacob) is Y DNA E1B1A, Esau is E1B1B. You will find E1B1B genes in all the people and locations that the Bible tells us. Often times in frequency of up to 35-40%.

While it's accurate to state Rome is Esau. Modern Rome isn't. Rome has been violated, pillaged and taken over 9 times over throughout history by several different nations.
