Every day, Yashar'el awakens to the truth. We will be remiss if we do not share our knowledge. For me, clean and unclean remains a challenge, mainly in the manufactured products. For example, gelatin, the main ingredient is pork, is in half of the products we purchase. So, check the label for gelatin and other pork by-products and exclude them from your dietary consumption. I pray this helps.
