Man.... I never thought I would get to this place, but I think I'm going to put a pause on eating chicken! I travel a lot and everywhere I go I see our people extremely overweight. Men and women. You got Hebrew Men 300+ pounds and Hebrew Women 180+ pounds.

All I could perceive through prayer, is that we are eating hormoned out, GMO Chicken! Our portion sizes are too big, and we are eating hormoned, GMO food.

I'm going to take a break from chicken for at least a month and report back on my weight loss, because even I have packed on weight. Time to work it out!!!
