The meek shall inherit the earth, and shall delight themselves in the abundance of shalom. Who are these meek people?

The Hebrew word is Anav ענו. The Anav also called humble and poor by the Torah are those who are lead & taught by Yah. They seek after Him and the ones Yeshua was sent to to receive the Torah. Yah feeds them with care and healing and are satisfied.
Moses was the Hebrew model of Anav.
Psalms 9:18, 10:17, 22:26, 25:9, 34:2, 37:11, 69:32, 76:9, 147:6.

Ezra 10:7-11
[7]And they made proclamation throughout Judah and Jerusalem unto all the children of the captivity, that they should gather themselves together unto Jerusalem;
[8]And that whosoever would not come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the congregation of those that had been carried away.
[9]Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin gathered themselves together unto Jerusalem within three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth day of the month; and all the people sat in the street of the house of God, trembling because of this matter, and for the great rain.
[10]And Ezra the priest stood up, and said unto them, Ye have transgressed, and have taken strange wives, to increase the trespass of Israel.
[11]Now therefore make confession unto the LORD God of your fathers, and do his pleasure: and separate yourselves from the people of the land, and from the strange wives.

Remembering:
On the 20th of the 9th month
all the people gathered in the rain before the House of Yah in Jerusalem because of the words of Ezra declared
On 17th of the 9th month
The declaration was if they did not come tgey would be cut off from the congregation and forfeit their inheritance
