Torah a Hebrew word translated as law 199 times. Law is no where near the Hebrew meaning. Torah means instruction, direction. The whole book from Genesis to Revelation is Yah's Torah (instruction).

Instruction is given to put something together. A law you receive nothing if you follow, but you break it you get punishment.
The Torah is the way to get to Yah.
