In the 1950's the U.S government poisoned Saint Louis project residence with a mysterious fog, fed radio-active oatmeal to black school children and gave pregnant moms radio active pills disquised as iron tablets. Now they are trying to wait these people out as they die of various types of rare cancers, pretending that they can't find documents and just straight up ignoring these peoples cries for help.
