When I heard of MKultra about 15 years ago, I thought it was conspiracy until an excellent Hebrew/Christian pastor spoke of it. Later, a military professional on LinkedIn confirmed it in a discussion posting I put online. She not only agreed it was real, but made a few technical comments which suggested she was an insider with facts. It's amazing so many things are going on. Imagine all the babies, mentally ill, homeless and/or sick people adversely impacted by this manipulation. Satan has been given a lot of power to steal, kill and destroy.
