What is your milk consumption? Do you drink cow's milk, almond milk, oats milk, cashew milk, coconut milk, macadamia nuts milk? In 2023 I will switch from almond and oats to coconut and possibly macadamia nuts. Based on the research, both are better options than the other plant-based options. I will go into details in this week's wellness blog. Be sure to check it out once published.

If you are experiencing poor health, your milk consumption might be the culprit. The More you Know the More you GROW.

We currently drink Simply Honest Almond Milk, but I just found out that the calcium carbonate is considered to be nanotechnology. I'm sure I need to do some more research, but we're on our way to making our own almond milk just to be sure.

Right now, the best way to stay safe is either no milk at all or coconut milk unless you own some goats to get milk. I switched to coconut milk last year and it helped improve my health and my cooking.

Shalom family, I wanted to share a video that my daughter sent me from Twitter but being computer illiterate I couldn't. The young lady's YouTube is called YAH's Servant and the video is titled 'Scales of judgement '. The words that came out of her mouth were powerful and I knew in my spirit that it came directly from Yah Himself. I watched it but it wasn't something you watch per say but listened to. So I listened to her message about 4 times. I wish I knew how to share it on this platform so y'all could hear it too. Hopefully y'all can find it. Have a blessed day family.

Solomon Blesses the Assembly
