It's Thankful Thursday. Yesterday on my company's blog page, I posted about applying kindness in the workplace to stomp out workplace toxicity. A leader should convey gratitude and kindness to their team for optimum results. While there are a ton of benefits relating to kindness some are physiological, including reduction of stress, inflammation, and pain, three culprits linked to DIS-EASE.
How do I love the Torah? Every facet of life, including leadership, can be found in AHAYAH's word. This includes how to execute our faith walk with excellence. I leave you with this-Proverbs 11:16-17-"Kindness benefits everyone. It brings joy to the giver and peace to the receiver. The recipient reciprocates because respect is embedded in kindness. Kindheartedness facilitates respect as it treats others with dignity and honor."
Kindness is contagious, go out there and infect someone today.
