#5-Maintain your alkaline levels. When consumed, fruit juice has a different reaction in your body. For example, lime and lemon taste more acid, but they are more alkaline when digested.

Thank you for sharing this. I prefer warm and salty foods, so making myself snack on fruits, instead, has been tough.

I understand that this is a general overview of some of the benefits of natural food. I just wish that the video listed more of the pros and cons of the foods. Butternut Squash is a big 'no-no' for those who are prone to diabetes and other health issues and a few other foods listed. But it's still good that it mentioned a little of the pros and cons.
