Mr. North who had both Military and Civilians, that he reported over him for example: There was Theodore Shackley, Richard Secord, John K. Singlaub, and up to Daddy Bush himself. In North's downline there where people like: Rafael "chi Chi"quintero, Adolfo Calero, Robert W. Owen, John Hull, Manuel Noriega, Roberto D'Aubusson, and Daniel OrtegaI. I can't remember who Barry reported to however; he was several lines under North, as North was Military. In addition, Barry's arial footprint was mostly central Texas, to some of Florida, though Louisiana, and Arknasaw were his main focuses. North was controlled a much larger footprint which mad much more profit as had more flights form more locations such as: Ilopango airport in El Salvador, Howard Air Force Base in Panama, Naval Air Station Bermuda, Manta Air Base in Ecuador, and Diego Garcia Airport to name a few.
