GRID is now GRID Holistic Living. I went back to my proverbial lab and worked on other forms of healthy living to promote overall health. Two things that plague our community: inflammation and poor GUT health. While the enemy weaponizes our food, we must stay alert and fight back. That is precisely what I have been doing: (1) learning more about holistic living, (2) foraging, (3) sampling and creating products for my own personal consumption, and (4) validating the efficacy of the products with family and friends.
