The Devil knows who you are. So be spiritually in tune so you will recognize him too.
During lunch went to the bank and as soon as I walked in one of the tellers looked at me with pure hatred. I peeped her too. A devil. I thanked The Most High and waited to be called. In my spirit I knew that 😈 was going to try and start something. During my morning prayer God reminded me to not let the devil distract you from the purpose I have for you. Back to the story- The teller yelled I am ready when you are. I was taken back by her attitude and response. During the entire transaction it was trying to get me to act like a nig. 😀 but I refused. I stayed on heavenly ground with my armour on. Praise God. I won that battle and Yah got the glory. Hallelujah!!!! Watch and pray you never know when the devil may attack. Be ready!!!!
Lunch was so much better as I rejoiced in Gods victory.

It's another Wellness Wednesday. In yesterday's episode of Jumpstart with CPR on WONIRADIO, holistic guru herself, sista Violet, shared her top 5 plants as well as items you must have. If you did not listen, be sure to check it out on WONIRADIO and click podcast episode #44. One plant Sis Violet recommended was the Mullein plant.

Mullein (Verbascum) is a common weed (don't get triggered by the word weed), used for centuries in herbal medicine. Mullein is used to treat lung and respiratory health including Hoarseness, Tonsillitis, Cough and cold, Asthma, and Bronchitis. For the purpose of relieving these conditions, mullein is typically consumed in liquid form as an infusion or syrup. It is used alone or in combination with other herbs, like mint, rosemary, hawthorn flower, or pine leaves. As part of my foraging exercise, I've included an image of the Mullein plant. We must be able to recognize the herbs that can be consumed while on this journey.

Mullein also contains ursolic acid, a substance that some researchers believe could be used to prevent and treat COVID-19 infection.
