GRID is now GRID Holistic Living. I went back to my proverbial lab and worked on other forms of healthy living to promote overall health. According to the research, there are three areas of concern: inflammation, mineral deficiency, and poor GUT health. While the enemy weaponizes our food, we must stay alert and fight back. That is precisely what I have been doing: (1) learning more about holistic living, (2) foraging, (3) sampling and creating products for my own personal consumption, (4) validating the efficacy of the products with family and friends, and ultimately (5) expanding GRID's product line.

All GRID products are available in the Northeastern NYC tristate region; it will be cheaper to drive and deliver than to mail. If you are in the Western and more Southern regions, products can be mailed express (if you are willing to cover the cost).

What is the average shelf life (Days) of this product as refrigerated? What is the recommended serving size? 2 teaspoon or 2 tablespoons?

I thought I responded to your request. My apologizes for the delay. Yikes?? TO respond, GRID becomes more potent when refrigerated. This signifies, it does not expire. As a immunity booster, I recommend taking 1/2 a teaspoon per day or every other day, pending on your current immunity status. If you have a cold or COVID I recommend taking every 4 hours. Please be prepared to have a lot of tissue handy. It clears out your nasal passage like no other OTC. That I can guarantee. One of the brothers in my local fellowship was ill and he recouped faster with the GRID. I will have his testimony shortly. My entire family uses it. Well I should say have a bottle. My 22 yr old nephew was too cool for GRID until he caught a cold two weeks ago.. Now he tries to devour the entire 3oxz in one shot. Well it does not work like that once the flu kicks it. I am also pleased APTTMH to annouce the 1st restaurant to carry GRID. Wholesale it's $100.00 for 10. I anticipate great traction moving forward.
