Family, I'm not sure if you already have this information, but I wanted to share this in case you don't.To stay healthy I was adviced by my aunt who is a retired rn to take these natural supplements daily to strengthen the immune system-
Vitamin D3 -10,000 IU (very important for melanated people)
Quercetin-500 mg
Vitamin C- 1000 mg
Black seed oil- 1 to 2 teaspoons ( organic cold pressed unrefined)
