Kan! This is always good to do on a consistent basis no matter how good or how difficult things seem to be. Moreh Duane and all Yah has given him should stay covered by us in prayer. Much respect achi 🙂

I probably should've fasted all day yesterday. I don't celebrate Christmas anymore, but I still had the nerve to eat me some cookies and roast beef. Demons was probably clapping.
