Today's reading is from the Book of Wisdom of Solomon, chapter 1. There are simple instructions when we feel separated. Let's consider verses 3-5. And it reads,
v.3-For froward thoughts separate from Elohiym and his power, when it is tried, reproves the unwise.
v. 4 For into a malicious soul wisdom shall not enter; not dwell in the body that is subject unto sin.
v.5 For the ruach ha'qodesh of discipline will flee deceit, and remove from thoughts that are without understanding, and will not abide when unrighteousness comes in.

Hence family, we must check in daily, maybe even more.
