This is a song I freestyled while listening to instrumentals. After listening back and doing a dabbling on stream yard this is what I came up with

Have you ever been "taken for a ride"? If you've been conned or lied to before, then the answer is yes. Did you stop to ask yourself what caused you to fall for the lie? If you didn’t, chances are you will fall for it again and again because you didn’t learn the lesson. You are an easy target. You fell, but you never took the time to find out what tripped you up. The title of this session is Truth or consequences, you decide. “Ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free'' John (8:32).

In 1933, Carter G Woodson said, the neglect of Afro-American History and distortion of the facts concerning Negroes in most history books, deprived the black child and his whole race of a heritage and relegated him to nothingness. We were given a month to learn about our history. The only problem with that is the history they taught was not our true history. It is time for us to wake up to the dangers of the black history they taught us. We now know that it was really the miseducation of the Hebrews.

There are many who agree with what Malcom x said about the house negroes. The house negro is passionate in his allegiance to the slave owner, oftentimes spying on the field Negroes and reporting back to his master. Today we call them the sellouts. They make money, or achieve status, by catering to white sensibilities. To be fair, there are times when the term house Negro is used falsely. It should not be used to shame individuals who are educated or use proper language. It should also not be used to refer to those who are fair-skinned or live in the suburbs. But there are instances when the name can be used to describe the behavior of a select group. There are folk who demonstrate their allegiance to the beast system. They act as the middleman and are often said to be a leader in the black community. In this second session of the series, Truth or Consequences, we are going to talk about the leaders they gave us.
