What Are You Feeding Your Soul?

In Tehillim (Psalms) 101:3, it says, "I will set no worthless thing before my eyes."

The Torah teaches us that what we allow into our eyes and ears shapes our thoughts, patterns, and ultimately our character.

Think about it: Input becomes thoughts, thoughts become actions, and actions become who we are.

So here's a question to reflect on and share:

Why is it crucial to guard what you allow your eyes to see? How do you protect your heart and mind from the influences of the world in your daily walk with 𐤉𐤄𐤅𐤄?
