We regularly conduct email deliverability tests on our platform and identified that our domain was added to a UK-based Domain Block List. We contacted them and have since been removed from the DBL. Secondly, as stated above, all emails currently going to user Gmail or Outlook email accounts are going directly to spam. We have adjusted HebrewConnect to throttle outgoing email notifications & minimize the risk of our very active platform being flagged for spam in the future.
