Happy Mindful Monday. I pray you are all well and that you had a wonderful Pentecost and Shabbat. As I continue to pursue my Holistic journey, I am rediscovering an old love: FERMENTING. My parents and grans did it; I am sure we all share similar stories. What dropped in my Ruach is to increase knowledge and skill sets. So, another convo I am having with Hebrew Israelite communities is about food preservation.

There are a few options:
