I haven't tried this yet but the idea looks good.
I am experimenting with different ways to get the dairy free cheese flavor. So far, I have used about 1/4 cup of almond milk, salt, garlic powder and mustard (each to taste) all heated together in a sauce pan to make a mock cheese sauce. I'd add plant based butter too for an extra flavor kick.
You know how your mommy would say, she just adds a little bit of this and a little bit of that so she doesn't have a recipe? Ha, ha, ha. Now, I understand what she means! When I sort out the recipe I'll post it 🙂. For now we can try the one in the video and see how it goes. Happy trying new things Fam. Shalom
