As we draw close to the gentile calendar year, know that there are certain things we must adhere to while in Rome. There are five pillars of resilience that assist healthcare workers during CoVID, and I would like to offer them to our HI family. They are (1) emotional well-being, (2) staying physically healthy, (3) focus, (4) inner drive, and (5) building healthy relationships (personally and professionally). Staying in the Torah should provide focus on all pillars. Knowing the truth is one thing; obeying is a whole other game. Let's obey, stay grounded, unite, and refrain from pulling each other down.
