Shalom Israel, Had a great day at the farmers market today., Best I have had yet. Even had a couple of restaurants approach and ask could I provide microgreens to them. This very encouraging as I am trying to grow this into at least a 5k a month business. YAH willing we will be there by the summer. I am believing for sooner.
Hummus and Microgreens…Organic Chickpeas,Tahini, Lime juice and seasoning (Oregano, Basil, Garlic) and Microgreens to garnish.. I eat this warm after letting chickpeas simmer in a pot of hot (around medium heat) water for about 30 min. Then transfer to blender. Pour some of the water from the pot in the blender as a liquid base. Then add tahini, lime juice and seasoning. Top with olive oil and Microgreens and few chickpeas left from the pot. I like it for breakfast with celery and carrot sticks.
