We lost so much knowledge and understanding about how to care for ourselves. From how we raise our children, to the proper healthy boundaries for all relationships, right down to what to do with and for our skin nails and hair and we have whored after acceptance from our oppressors with this learned subconscious behavior of self hatred.
Love one another as we love ourselves, are we willing to learn how to love again? ....Why do we have to police and harass each other so much? we even do it in our communities regarding this truth. Ive seen people become truly disturbed in this walk from it. We are healing and we will heal. It takes much accountability and responsibility of some hard truths and i pray for the time and understanding to be restored
