Earn Your Health

Fam,
I just had a very serious thought, as I returned home from my daily workout.
I was thinking how many of "Us Folks" were like I used to be; Paying a heavy price for an unhealthy lifestyle or setting themselves up for a great downfall as I suffered with the stroke, a very risky brain procedure to remove a blood clot, open heart surgery to replace a defective heart valve, three major operations on my left leg to remove blood clots and finally three toes amputated from that left leg because of the blockage of blood flow to my foot. I also had to learn to walk again and talk again during the long rehab process. I tell this story/testimony because of my People and the greater love Our Father has given me for Himself and Them every since.
As I said before, I wonder how many of "Us Folks" have suffered a major stroke or a heart attack or have heart disease and /or diabetes all major killers in our community. I bring this up because as I was saying in my recording today at the park, that this is so not necessary and preventable. Everyone of these diseases are on the list of a study made by a group of scientist, nutritionist, and personal trainers who have come up with a minimal time needed to workout or at least being in motion and breaking a sweat to being staying off these killers in our lives. Of Corse we must address the diet piece also, but with just 30 to 45 minutes a day needed to earn a healthier lifestyle, I have personally decided that 1 hour out of 24 is nothing for me to pay. That's why I say "earn your health", because we are always earning good or bad as the text says we will always reap what we sow.
Galatians 6:5-10
For every man shall bear his own burden. 6:6 Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teaches in all good things. 6:7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man sow s, that shall he also reap. 6:8 For he that sows to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that sows to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. 6:9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due seas on we shall reap, if we faint not. 6:10 As we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men, especially unto them who are of the household of faith.
I shared this script one because we need to see this law for ourselves in black and white, and two because it's a good to know that if you are sowing good for a change after a lifetime of bad and evil, that it will pay off for your benefit in the not so long term.
I hope to present more good on this page as we as a people can use it now more than ever! Earn Your Health, Let's Get It!
