SIMPLE Unleavened Bread Recipe:
1 Cup All Purpose Flour (not self- rising) you can use Quinoa flour, Almond flour whatever you desire as long as there is no yeast
1/3 cup oil (I use Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil)
If you're using coconut oil, make sure to melt first
1/3 cup water
1/8 tsp Salt
You can also double the ingredients
Directions: Mix all the ingredients together afterwards let the dough sit for a few min. Use a clean area with flour sprinkled down to roll out the dough, you can make any form you would like. I rolled out my dough all together and just broke off what I needed as I ate. You can form them as a tortilla if you would like to.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 425 for 10- 12 minutes or to your liking.
Be sure to oil the cookie sheet or use parchment paper to line
