Our diet... many of us eat unhealthy foods
Lack of nutrient rich foods
Sodas ?
Too much sugar!
Eat too much!!!
Lack of exercise and physical fitness

I know from my experience with being overweigh almost all my life that the foods I ate was the major problem. Once I changed my diet I automatically saw a significant amount of weight loss. However, I still continued to put the weight back on because of the portions were still to large; (I Over Ate)!
Finally when I got my portions regulated and I started a regular fitness routine, I have continued to see, not only more weight loss, but also I am keeping it off!

Our food is filled with artificial this and that and the preservatives are not the preservatives that Big Mama used. Just about everything is genetic. We have to get back to gardening on a extreme level. Whatever happened to the Heirloom Seeds I for one don't believe the so called "packaged seeds Organic but nonetheless I still buy them just incase they are. I think the food causes a lot of sluggishness whereas sometimes it perpetuates us to stop by to get a quick dinner from restaurants/cafe. That would be ok sometimes if it was a Mom/Pop restaurant this the real Soul Food minus the bag of sugar and the fatback, IJS.

I believe mostly diet is the cause. We can loose a lot of this weight simply by eating less. Intermittent fasting every week.

Portion also is a huge factor. We should only eat when we are hungry. Limit juices and drink more water,teas or coconut water- excellent for maintaining electrolytes!

Body weight exercise really tones/strengthens the muscles. Walking is also great. Try to get in 3-5 miles per day or more if time allows.
Not tedious and if we follow a exercise routine at least 3-4 days a week the excess weight sheds quickly.
Exercise does not always have to be excessive.

I believe that it is imperative that Hebrew households carry life insurance primarily if we're serious about creating generational wealth. For example a family of 5 could obtain a life insurance policy worth over a half a million dollars, and pay only $84 a month. What i would say in regards to life insurance is when looking for it always choose life not term. Many companies only offer term life. Term life is a waste of your money,and they ( the insurance company) profits greatly.

Second bed construction almost complete. Watermelon, green beans, onions, cilantro and corn. Baby farmer in the making! Yahuah has blessed the other crops. All organic. No pest of animals bothering it at all! Will update periodically on this progress! Shalom Mispacha!
