Hear, O Yashar'el: Yahuah Elohaynu, Yahuah is one: And you shall love את Yahuah Elohayka with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might. And these words, which I command you this day, shall be in your heart: DEVARIYM (DEUTERONOMY) 6:4-6 את CEPHER https://music.apple.com/us/alb....um/outro/606949555?i

I read somewhere that avoidance can lead to anxiety. I think it is helpful to be aware of one's triggers and have a ready plan of action should a trigger present itself.
Unfortunately, we have been so brainwashed by our oppressor that as Hebrew Israelites we have an extremely hard time standing ten toes down on this truth. Israel is Negro.
We already know that Abba describes Himself as having woolly hair in Daniel 7:9. He goes further and describes Himself having the appearance Jasper and Sardine stones which are reddish brown stones in Revelation 4:2-3. All of us know about Yahusha having woolly hair and skin the color of burnt brass in Revelation 1:14-15.
We dance around this issue alot. So in an effort not to seem racist we claim all these other nations, i.e., Latinos and Native Americans as Israel when they are not. Many of our camp brethren say you are who your father is.
The truth is Jacob was Negro. In the book Joseph and Asenath in the twenty second chapter Jacob is described as having very thick hair like an Ethiopian. So if you are who your father is and Jacob is Negro how can any of these other nations be Israel with no Negro in their blood?
At the end of the day being Israel is about being Negro but then again its not. Being Negro is a prerequisite but it won’t save you if you, if we don’t return to Abba with our whole heart.
So Todah to TMH for continuing speak this truth through Moreh Duane.

https://www.teacherspayteacher....s.com/Product/Cut-an One of my favorite 'go to' websites for all things teaching! I like the idea of this tool. It's a visual way of helping young children to understand why their body parts might feel 'off' sometimes.
The resource also gives young children practical 'what to do strategies' for managing stressful moments; when they feel off inside.
Cutting and pasting with adult supervision and child safe scissors is a great way to build fine motor skills that will help with physical writing skills development. Cutting and pasting also makes the activity more interactive which helps to increase attention to the task and memory of the activity.
I would definitely add 'Reciting Scriptures' to this list of calming strategies. I hope you find this tool helpful fam.🙂 Shalom
