As we continue to fill in the gaps about our history using the writings and quotes of the so-called early church fathers, it becomes more apparent that replacement theology is an attempt to replace the chosen people of the Most High, but our people cannot be erased. The Almighty made an everlasting covenant with our ancestors and sealed it with a promise and an oath. Our covenant with Him is everlasting.

Tip for managing frustration

Sometimes when a child gets frustrated it can lead to acting out behaviors.
Reducing temper tantrums or challenging behaviours (even in ourselves) often calls on us to anticipate triggers and have strategies prepared to know what to do in case of a frustrating situation. (Note: we cannot avoid all challenges and so shouldn't try to run away from them. The running can cause increased frustration and anxiety. Instead see challenges as opportunities that can inspire new learning and growth. Being prepared with useful strategies can help us walk through hard spaces- Letting your child know this tidbit as he/she grows is also a good idea).

Here's one strategy. One I am trying to learn too. It's ok to need help! It's ok to ask for help! Asking for help is not a sign of incompetence or failure. Rather it's a sign of intelligence (James 1:5).

When you have tried all that you know and your tools aren't working out too well, asking for help is a good, wise, healthy next step!

The 'Asking For Help' strategy works well by first training your child to identify his/her signs of frustration. Then pairing the two. Eg "When you feel those knots in your tummy it is a good time to ask for help."

Signs of frustrations: sweating, furrowed brows, stomach knots, voice tone changes. What others do you notice in yourself or your child?

This was tob (good) for me. I love to hear how Yahuah intended marriage to be. How does Yahuah define manhood? What is the role of a man in a marriage? What causes breaches in relationships? Why am I afraid to get close? Why does anger pour out although I want connection instead? Some beginning answers can be gleaned from this teaching (series upcoming).

Alert: It takes courage to listen because it invites us to face the truth about ourselves and our behaviors. This is hard work. Letting go of self justification is hard work too.
Tribe of Valor, we CAN do hard things through HaMashiach who delights in strengthening those who trust in Him.

Let's heal together. Little by little, step by step. Yahuah is our muscle. He is also our personal (muscle) trainer. Making us bold as lions. Prov 28 v 1. With Yahuah we WILL scale walls, and run through troops to our deliverance and restoration! Go team Yahudah!
