As the HEADS, and [Societal] EXPECTATIONS to "be strong at ALL times", the need to REST, RECHARGE, RESET, and RELEASE PRESSURE is too often neglected - and has MANY men FUNCTIONING like walking TIMEB0MBS about to explode!!!

Men, YES, stay on the FRONT LINE and IN THE GAME, but if you don't MAINTAIN THE VESSEL that the work is coming THROUGH, then you will eventually VOID yourself out. BALANCE. Just like a VEHICLE, the longest running ENGINES are the ones that are MOST METICULOUSLY CARED FOR. Give YOURSELF that attention, too!! ~KD
