It's another Wellness Wednesday for Shalom Living
Wellness Tip of the Day, incorporate veggies with everything. Whether arugula, kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, your meals should have that side portion. If you are a business owner, also encourage your employees to eat healthy. One way to do so is to maintain a small fridge in your office space (if you are not telecommuting) and stock it with greens. In the event, your staff is shy about greens, you can share your stock with them, eventually they will be hooked. Consuming more veggies, alkaline the system, which promotes overall good health.
