Every nomadic journey starts somewhere...

Most times, it starts the same way it began for our ancestors: with a simple instruction from the Master YAHUAH to leave.
Abram [Abraham] was told to go, and he didn’t receive all the details upfront.
When our people left Mitsrayim, they were only told to move, and that didn’t come with a neat, detailed map either.

And I think that’s the part that can feel a bit unnerving.

Because if the instruction is “leave,” but the destination or even path isn’t clearly defined (or the details come later), it naturally brings up the question:

How do you actually know when you’re being led to go somewhere?

For me, the big turning point came in a dream. I’m not going to unpack the whole dream here (I may share it on my blog at some point: https://www.torah-remnant.org/home), but what I will share is what it left me with: The message settled in my spirit - it’s time to leave.

To be honest, my history with dreams/visions has been bittersweet. I used to dismiss them in the past because other people didn’t readily accept them or understand them. But when I stopped filtering everything through outside voices and started trusting the Set-Apart Ruach of the Master YAHUAH to lead me, things came together in a more settled way than I can fully explain.

Here's what the first phase of our nomadic journey taught me (just my experience and not as a rule for anybody else):

🙇🏟‍♀ Willingness comes first. Being truly ready to do what He says, even when it doesn’t make sense to people around you (and/or even most importantly, yourself).

👀 Stay observant. Not paranoid but just aware. The Master YAHUAH can use anything (a conversation, a closed door, a repeated theme showing up in daily life) to confirm what He’s already stirring in you.

⌛ Timing matters. When He says “start packing,” it doesn’t always mean “eventually.” I learned that the hard way.

When I first felt the call (Fall 2022), I thought I had plenty of time (part of it could have been doubt, too). But as the months passed, I realized the timing lined up with the end of our lease, and what I assumed would be simple (selling things, preparing, organizing) took WAY longer than expected. And, even though it turned into an avoidable scramble near the end, it marked the beginning of a journey that landed us in Costa Rica in February 2023.

If you’re in a season where it’s hard to discern whether you’re being told to move or being influenced by the voices around you, believe me, I get it. Sometimes the most trustworthy thing we can do is wait, stay humble, and trust that our genuine desire to do the Master’s will is going to outlast the noise and rise to the surface in His timing.

Have you ever had a moment (a dream, Scripture, a strong settling in your spirit, repeated confirmations) where you knew the Master YAHUAH was leading you, even if/when you didn’t have the full map yet?

I recently watched a video that discussed global consciousness and what happens when many people are thinking, feeling, and reacting in similar ways at the same time — it can create a collective influence on perception and experience.

And as we move through this season the world calls “Christmas,” something similar happens all around us: heightened anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual distraction.

Whether or not we agree with how or why the world observes this season, one thing is indisputably clear: the very act of millions tuning into the same narrative can shape how people feel, think, and respond. This isn’t just psychological; it’s spiritual. And it continues to be the most prominent reminder of why we are called to be set apart in purpose and discernment.

Our Creator wants us to think differently, act differently, and walk with wisdom even when others are swept up in patterns that they don’t understand and/or don't align with His way. We know that doing the same things as the world and expecting different outcomes is a form of futility (dare I say, insanity), and the Master YAHUAH calls us out of spiritual deception into obedience, peace, and trust.

With that reality in mind, here is a gentle reminder about my offer to serve our Remnant Family in a practical way:

In the midst of all that's going on in the world (i.e., economic pressure, rising costs, job uncertainty, wars and rumors of wars, as well as the stress about “how we’re going to make it”), I was directed to support this community, not just in words, but in action.

So, with the 2026 tax season approaching, I’m offering to help HebrewConnect members get their income and expense records organized, at no charge.

Please remember, this service is not tax advice. Just practical support to help you be ready by (a) helping you gather and organize your income and expense records for 2025, (b) categorizing your income and expenses clearly, and (c) formatting everything into easy‑to‑use income/expense statements (spreadsheet or PDF) you can give to your tax preparer. All I need from you are your financial records for the year, and I’ll guide you through every step.

This is simply a way to reduce stress, help protect your peace, and remove one more thing that can weigh on your mind during a demanding season. If you’d like this type of support in 2026, feel free to send me a message.

Let’s continue to walk forward: spiritually attentive, practically prepared, and fully trusting in the Master YAHUAH who will do what is good in His eyes towards His people.

Shalom, family. 🕊

Shalom Torah Kids Parent and Israel as a whole,

When are we going to stop allowing our Israelite children, our heritage and our legacy, to sit on the lap of an abominable false figure that has no place among the people of Yah. This practice is wrong and it is wicked, and it must stop.

There is nothing in scripture that supports this behavior. Israel’s heritage was never meant to be tied to the customs, traditions, or symbols of the heathen nations. For years, while many of us were in Christianity, we were blind, unknowingly honoring the works of men and the god of wood spoken of in Deuteronomy 28:64. But now that Yah has awakened us to truth, what excuse do we have when we continue to lead our innocent children into the very practices He hates.

Israel, we must collectively repent of this wickedness. Yes, I call it wickedness, because Baal worship, whether direct or indirect, is not a light matter. Yah was clear in the first commandment, “You shall have no other Elohim before Me” Exodus 20:3. There are no exceptions, no modernized versions, and no beautified excuses.

Scripture also reminds us how serious Yah is when it comes to children. He rebuked Israel for causing their sons and daughters to pass through the fire, calling it an abomination He never commanded nor approved.

Leviticus 18:21
“And you shall not let any of your seed pass through the fire to Molech, neither shall you profane the Name of your Elohim, I am Yahuah.”

Jeremiah 32:35
“And they built the high places of Baal, which are in the valley of the son of Hinnom, to cause their sons and their daughters to pass through the fire to Molech, which I did not command them, nor did it come into My heart that they should do this abomination, to cause Judah to sin.”

It was abominable then, and it is still abominable today, no matter how festive or harmless it is made to appear.

To any Israelite parent reading this who still allows their household to partake in these practices, let this message stand as a witness to you this day. If you did not know before, now you know. Some may say this message is harsh, but I must be firm for the sake of the children.

We speak boldly about awakening the adults, yet too often we leave the children behind. They are the most important part of this awakening. They are the future of our people. We are called to teach them what we learned late, to guard their hearts, their minds, and their identity in Yah.

May the Most High open our eyes, strengthen our resolve, and help us protect our children at all costs.

All praise to the Most High Yahuah.
